ARIANA GRANDE HAS been in the headlines all week.

She had us all in awe at her perfect VMA performance of ‘God Is a Woman’ for the start of the week (if you haven’t seen it yet, you are missing out), and now she’s receiving plenty of attention for defending Pete Davidson after an article mocked his appearance.

It began when Barstool Sports tweeted a link to a new article they wrote, called ‘Does Pete Davidson have butthole eyes?’

Ariana caught wind of it, and replied.

The singer reminded the publication that Pete Davidson suffers with Crohn’s disease.

y’all do kno this man has an auto immune disease ...... right ? ..... like you do understand what you’re doing when u do this right ? jus wanna make sure

Ariana followed up her response by adding:

Pete first opened up about his struggles with Crohn’s disease back in 2016. He told High Times:

I got Crohn’s disease when I was 17 or 18, and I found that the medicines that the doctors were prescribing me and seeing all these doctors and trying new things… Weed would be the only thing that would help me eat. My stomach would be in pain all day and I wouldn’t be able to eat, but then I’d smoke and I can eat and do my shows.

Davidson added that he doesn’t think he would be able to work on SNL if it wasn’t for marijuana.
